Wireframing
To establish the foundation of the experience, I began with wireframing in Miro. Working in a low-detail environment allowed me to quickly map out core user flows, test different layout ideas, and align the structure of the interface before focusing on visuals. These early sketches helped clarify priorities, identify potential usability issues, and set a clear direction for the overall design.

User Testing + Iterating

Lo-Fi & Hi-Fi Prototyping
Once the structure was defined, I moved into Figma to create both low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes. The lo-fi prototype focused on interaction pathways and basic functionality, ensuring the experience made sense from a user-flow perspective. After validating those decisions, I developed a polished hi-fi version with refined UI elements, branding, and interaction details. Both prototypes were user-tested, and I iterated based on feedback to improve clarity, usability, and overall experience. This process helped ensure the final design was not only visually cohesive but also intuitive and user-centered.
